The main competencies of graduates of the Marine Product Processing Engineering (TPHL) study program are: Able and skilled in handling fish on board, post-catch, modern and traditional processing techniques. Able to perform organoleptic, physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis techniques in testing and developing the quality of fishery products. Able to create innovative and competitive processed products and able to apply marine product processing technology in improving people's welfare.
